1. Cancelling a booking
You may cancel a booking before the rental period starts for a full refund of any rent paid. Cancellations after the rental period starts are charged for the days used, rounded up to the nearest day, and the balance is refunded.
2. Security deposits
Where a deposit applies, it is refunded within 7 working days of Vehicle return, after inspection. Deductions apply only for damage beyond normal wear and tear, missing accessories or unpaid dues, and are itemized in the App.
3. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method. Allow 7 working days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank.
4. Service failures
If we cannot provide a booked Vehicle and cannot offer a replacement, you receive a full refund for the unused period.
5. Requesting a refund
Raise a request in the App or write to Support@nura-x.in with your booking details. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within 7 days.
