Nura Connect Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013 with its registered office at [registered office address], Bengaluru, India ("Nura", "we", "us"), operates the Nura Connect mobile application ("App") and associated services for renting electric two wheelers ("Vehicles").

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App and our services. By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Cookie Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid driving licence under the laws of India to rent a Vehicle. We verify credentials before your first rental and may deny or revoke access where requirements are not met or documents cannot be verified.

3. The service

Through the App you can:

• View available Vehicles across multiple OEMs and models

• Choose a rental plan based on your needs and location

• Make payments, manage bookings and track your rental history

• Raise service requests and reach support

4. Bookings, payments and deposits

All bookings are made through the App and are subject to availability. Payments are processed through the in app payment gateway. Where a security deposit applies, it is refundable at the end of the rental period subject to the Vehicle and accessories (charger, helmet and others listed at handover) being returned in good condition, normal wear and tear excepted. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Ride responsibly and comply with all traffic laws, including helmet requirements

• Use the Vehicle only for lawful purposes and never sublet or lend it

• Report damage, theft or accidents to us immediately through the App or support

• Present the Vehicle for scheduled maintenance when the App asks you to

• Return the Vehicle and all accessories at the end of the rental as instructed

Damage beyond normal wear and tear, traffic fines and penalties incurred during your rental are chargeable to you.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, designs and software on the App and website are the property of Nura Connect Private Limited. You receive a limited, non exclusive, non transferable licence to use the App for personal, non commercial purposes.

7. Privacy

Your personal and location data is collected and used as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Insurance and accidents

Vehicles carry insurance as required under the Motor Vehicles Act. In case of an accident, inform us immediately and follow the steps in the App. You are responsible for amounts not covered by the applicable policy where the loss results from your breach of these Terms or of law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nura is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the services, including loss of earnings, data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid by you for the rental period in which the claim arose.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non payment, unsafe riding or misuse of the service. You may close your account at any time; outstanding dues and Vehicle return obligations survive closure.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
